Vendor/Booths/Kiosks

 

CONCESSION HOURS and SETUP: The Summit is a one-day event on Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You may begin to setup on Saturday at 8:00 AM and ask that you be completely setup by 9:00 AM.

BOOTH EQUIPMENT & CONSTRUCTION: All booths should be adequately staffed and maintained in complete form from the opening of the Summit at 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Nails, screws, tapes, glues and all other fasteners are prohibited from use on the floors, walls, columns, ceilings or other fixtures. All exhibits will be given a table and two chairs.

ELECTRIC SERVICE: No Electricity will be available to exhibitors without prior permission from our organization.

CONCESSION PASSES: Each food concessions will be issued one all-day pass to the summit, which can be used to from one of your members to attend workshops. Additional passes can be purchased.

SOUND SYSTEMS: Sound systems are not permitted. If you are displaying a video, please keep the sound low as to not affect other booths or Summit activities.

REFUNDS: No refunds will made after September 1st, 2012.

TRASH: Each booth will be responsible for disposing trash associated with your booths during the Summit hours and before leaving for the day.

FOOD and BEVERAGES: Food and Beverages will be prohibited at the Booth Floors. Kindly eat and drink at designated food areas.

ATTIRE: We kindly ask that persons working and/or representing a booth or stand shall wear appropriate and professional attire.

COSTS AND PAYMENTS: There will be a fee of $100.00 for all booths/Kiosks. All fees and payments for commercial booths must be made, in full, prior to setting up your booth.
